We have a mature multi-dimensional thermal bending technology, where not only the back loop is a complete thermal bending process, but the rear legs are also formed by a thermal bending process, without stitching and break-off phenomena. Thermal bending is better than stitching and break-off, providing good stability, impact resistance, and solving the problem of easy breakage of the Y-chair's rear legs. The texture of these rear legs changes with the direction of the rear legs, which is a visual identification of the thermal bending process, making them more aesthetically pleasing and durable, with a smooth, flowing texture.

The Wishbone Chair features a wood wax oil coating, composed of conventional oil and beeswax. Compared to common paint, wood oil is based on the traditional, non-aggressive, more aromatic, and free of toxic components such as formaldehyde, triphenyl, and heavy metals.

The chairs are built with a solid wood frame using multi-dimensional thermal bending techniques, employing mortise and tenon technology. All the wood components are connected together without any nails, resulting in a beautiful and elegant construction. Solid wood is heavy-duty and can bear up to 350 lbs.

The chair seats are made of Japanese Kraft rope, handmade knitting, with a moderate softness and hardness, providing a comfortable sitting experience. To keep the seat clean, we advise using a Wishbone Chair cushion to cover it, as the seat is made of Kraft rope and should not be wiped with a wet towel.
